The Government of Yukon is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use, disclose, retain and dispose of information through Government of Yukon properties such as our websites in compliance with the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPP), the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Regulation and the Archives Act.

We collect personal information through Government of Yukon websites under section 15(c)(i) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purposes we state below.
The Government of Yukon, through the Department of Highways and Public Works Transportation Aviation Branch, will collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number or email address. We may also collect anonymous demographic information such as your postal code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites.

Security and confidentiality of personal information
The Government of Yukon secures the collection and use of your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal information the Government of Yukon collects by using the aviation website will only be accessed by the authorized employees and in no way will it be sold, rented or leased to third parties.
The Government of Yukon is implementing security measures to protect the personally identifiable information collected from its clients. All personal information provided to the Government of Yukon will be secured on a computer server located at Government of Yukon data centres in a controlled and secure environment and duly protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
