Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport follows the:

Assistance and services
Baggage assistance
Your airline is responsible for helping you with your baggage. Contact your carrier directly to request assistance.
Curbside zones
Accessible curbsides zones are located at:
- the arrivals entrance
- other locations near the airport terminal

Curbside assistance
Curbside assistance is available upon request for passengers with disabilities.
- Staff will respond within 10 minutes of your call.
- Wheelchairs and baggage assistance are available.
To request curbside assistance, phone the security operations centre at 867-667-8451.
Departing passengers
You can request assistance from the designated curbside zone, which includes the:
- east access lane
- accessible drop-off area
- accessible parking stalls
Arriving passengers
Your carrier may bring you to the airport’s information counter. From there, phone 867-667-8451 to request assistance to the curb or a waiting vehicle.

Service animals
Service animals are welcome at Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport.
Pet relief areas
- Indoor: Gate 1 boarding lounge area.
- Outdoor: South side of the terminal, near the arrivals doors.
