- when you'll film (dates and times)
If your event seems possible, we’ll send you a project scoping document to complete.
Send your permit request at least 10 business days before your filming begins.
- If we get your application with less than 10 business days' notice, we may deny it.
- If your project changes significantly, we may need more time to review it.
On-site filming rules
While on airport property, you must:
- follow all instructions from airport operational and security staff;
- carry valid government issued ID; and
- avoid filming security screening areas or airport security staff.
You're responsible for getting permission from people in the airport to film them. They can refuse to be filmed.
These rules help keep airport operations safe and secure, for both the public and airport staff.
